The first thing you will want to do is ask the owner some questions by clicking the orange button with the talk bubbles on it. Next, start using the examination tools. Click on the highlighted tool, then click on the area of the St. Bernard you want to examine. If you ever get stuck, ask for a hint by clicking on the green button with the question mark on it.
